[Pizza&Beer Contest] What keeps you healthy?

I just suck at making up names for contests, don’t I?

What does it mean to be healthy and fit? There are a lot of ways.

Some people exercise. They walk, join fun runs (also because they think it’s the ‘in’ thing to do), attend zumba classes, go to gyms and do circuit training shit. Some people watch what they eat. They take in more vegetables, cut down on red meat, caffeine, sugar and salt, and down a lot of vitamins. Some people toss out the vices: stop smoking, lessen the alcohol intake. Some people avoid getting stressed out and try to get regular hours of sleep.

And some people, like me, just don’t give a fuck about all that stuff I just mentioned. My meaning of being healthy is laughing at least once a day.

Which leads me to this contest. I am giving out some stuff again. Why? Because it’s healthy for my blog. This time, I am giving away a shirt from The Perfect White Shirt and a Php 1000 gift certificate from 360 Fitness Club.

Lazer Xtreme, the only (legit) way to have fun with lasers

Have you guys heard of Lazer Xtreme? If you haven’t, you’ve been missing out.

Lazer Xtreme is a multilevel laser tagging arena and the leader in laser tag entertainment in the Philippines. They offer games like Lazer Tag, Lazer Maze and Golf Xtreme. They have a branch in Market Market and one in Alabang Town Center.

Lazer Tag is a game that requires certain level of skill, collaboration, and coordination. The objective of the game is to employ defensive and offensive strategies in protecting bases and co-players as well as tagging as many opponents as possible. Well, that’s the formal way of explaining it. It’s just a fun game comprised of teams shooting the fuck out of the each other using laser guns. The more people in the game, the more targets. And they actually tabulate your scores after and print out a bunch of stats like the number of shots you took and players tagged. Continue reading…
